With over 32 years of experience in the aviation industry, our founder, Mr. Sanjay Yadav, has worked with leading airlines such as Cathay Pacific,United Airlines, Lufthansa.
During his career, he interviewed and mentored thousands of job seekers. He noticed that many talented candidates were missing good opportunities, not because they lacked potential, but because they were not trained in the practical skills and industry standards that employers expected.
To solve this problem, he founded Airolus Academy.

We offer Cabin Crew training, and Airport Ground Staff training which includes Hospitality, Travel, and tourism, Customer Service and Skill development for all airline-specific job roles.

Our programs require applicants to have a high school certificate or be currently pursuing a college degree.
