As the Director of Airolus Academy, she brings a unique perspective shaped by her background in fashion and design. Her understanding of personal branding, presentation, and attention to detail helps students recognise the importance of building not only their professional skills but also their personal identity. She believes that success in aviation is not only about technical knowledge but also about how individuals present themselves, communicate, and build their confidence. Through her expertise in branding and personal development, she inspires young students to discover their potential and prepare themselves for a successful career. At Airolus, she focuses on creating an environment where students are motivated, guided, and empowered with the skills needed to grow both professionally and personally. Her vision is to help every aspiring aviation professional build not just a career, but a strong identity that sets them apart.
Mr. S.P Yadav brings over 38 years of distinguished experience, including 20 years of service in the Indian Air Force and 18 years of experience with globally recognised airlines such as Swissair and British Airways. Throughout his remarkable career, he has gained extensive industry knowledge, earned professional certifications, and received recognition for his commitment to excellence. His experience as a National Volleyball Coach at the National Institute of Sports, Patiala further strengthened his values of discipline, teamwork, leadership, and perseverance, qualities he continues to inspire in every student. At Airolus Academy, his vision is to nurture skilled, confident, and responsible aviation professionals who are prepared to succeed in a competitive global industry. Through real-world experience and continuous mentorship, he aims to guide students towards achieving their career goals and reaching new heights.
As the Chief Financial Officer and an investor at Airolus Academy, she plays a key role in shaping the academy's financial vision and long-term growth. With extensive experience in finance and business management, she ensures that every decision is backed by strong financial planning and sustainable strategies. Alongside her role at Airolus, she successfully runs her own premium clothing brand, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset and practical business expertise to the organisation. Her strategic thinking, financial knowledge, and commitment to excellence continue to strengthen Airolus Academy's foundation as it grows into a leading aviation training institute
