Certificate Course · Aviation & Airport Management
A 5-month, industry-aligned certificate course that trains you for airport ground staff roles — from check-in and boarding to baggage handling, security and hospitality — with practical, hands-on sessions every week.
The course moves through five connected modules — technical airport operations, personal presentation, travel & tourism knowledge, hospitality standards, and final assessment — mirroring exactly what airlines and airport operators look for at interview.
Module 01
The technical core of the course — the regulations, systems and procedures that govern every airport touchpoint, from the moment a passenger checks in to the moment they board.
Module 02
Ground staff represent the airline before they say a word. This module builds the communication skills, grooming and professional presence airlines look for at interview and on the floor.
Module 03
Ground staff work at the intersection of aviation and travel. This module builds the wider industry knowledge — geography, technology, and regulation — behind the counter.
Module 04
Airports run on hospitality standards as much as airline procedure. This module covers front-office practice, hygiene, and inclusive, respectful service.
Module 05 · Final
The course closes with a full readiness check — proving what you’ve learned under the same conditions you’ll meet at a real airline or airport interview.
