CANCELLATION POLICIES

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in our programs

Airolus Aviation Academy Pvt. Ltd.

General Cancellation

All course fees paid to Airolus Aviation Academy are non-refundable except in exceptional cases outlined below. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Academy-Initiated Course Cancellation

If the Academy cancels a course before commencement, a full refund will be issued within 30 working days. If a course is cancelled midway, a pro-rata refund for the unconsumed portion will be provided. The Academy’s decision on refund amount is final.

Student-Initiated Cancellation

Requests before course commencement: Refund will not be given except in special cases approved by the Academy.
Requests after course commencement: No refund will be provided under any circumstance.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@airolusacademy.in.

Additional Charges

Any payments made for optional activities, workshops, industry visits, or additional services are non-refundable in case of cancellation, regardless of timing.
