With over 32 years of experience in the aviation industry, our founder, Mr. Sanjay Yadav, has worked with leading airlines such as Cathay Pacific,United Airlines, Lufthansa.
During his career, he interviewed and mentored thousands of job seekers. He noticed that many talented candidates were missing good opportunities, not because they lacked potential, but because they were not trained in the practical skills and industry standards that employers expected.
To solve this problem, he founded Airolus Academy.
Today, every course at Airolus is built on real industry experience, practical learning, and personal guidance. Our goal is simple: to prepare students with the right skills, confidence, and placement support so they are ready for a successful career in aviation.
