At Airolus Aviation Academy, we believe aviation

real-world success. Our focus is on equipping students with the practical skills,
mindset, and confidence needed to thrive in the industry. By focusing on hands-on
learning over theory, we don’t just prepare individuals for jobs—we shape impactful
careers and transform lives. At Airolus, our training goes beyond aviation; it
instills skills and knowledge that stay with you forever.
With 30 years of experience, including 14 in leadership roles, I have managed
operations for top airlines like United Airline, Lufthansa and Cathay Pacific at major
airports. Through conducting numerous interviews, I have observed that many
candidates fall short in essential areas such as confidence and communication. This gap
often requires airlines to retrain candidates, adding to their operational burden. At
Airolus, our goal is to bridge this gap by developing industry-ready professionals who
meet the highest standards from day one, ensuring airlines receive skilled, confident,
and job-ready talent.

With a strong dedication to aviation and excellence, I bring over 38 years of distinguished experience, including 20 years in the Indian Air Force and 18 years with world-renowned airlines like Swissair and British Airways.
Throughout my career, I have earned numerous certifications and awards, reflecting my commitment to this dynamic industry. My time as a National Volleyball Coach at the National Institute of Sports, Patiala, taught me discipline, teamwork, and leadership—values I now share with our students.
